2011-2012 Admission and Exit Report Information:

The 2011-2012 Admission and Exit data report deadline is 4:30 EDT MONDAY SEPTEMBER 17, 2012.

Each institution may report their data using one of the following three methods:

1. Web Application*:

•  login to www.epsb.ky.gov
•  select IHE Data Reports from the menu
•  select Admission Exit Report from the menu

2. XML Process (available to those reporting institutions that have tested the process prior to the report deadline)

3. Text File Upload (available to those reporting institutions that have tested the process prior to the report deadline)

For a list of approved programs and their corresponding program codes please refer to the Approved Programs page of the Educator Preparation section of the EPSB website.
