Kentucky Teacher Internship (KTIP) Pilot Program

In an effort to enhance teaching skills that promote student
learning, the Education Professional Standards Board (EPSB) is conducting a pilot project of a two-year internship, featuring enhanced mentoring and a modified portfolio.

The pilot project gives us an opportunity to experiment with the way we support interns so as to improve the KTIP program. It also allows us to study the variables that influence KTIP and do a formative evaluation of our efforts.
