Certification Fees

Certified/Cashier's Check or Money Order Only Made Payable to the Kentucky State Treasurer Cash and personal checks will be returned to applicant. Applications received without the appropriate fee will be returned.

Rank Change	$50.00
Regular Certificate (Initial or Renewal)	*$50.00
Each Transaction to Add Area(s) of Certification	$50.00
Five-Year Substitute Certificate	$15.00
Duplicate Certificate (official copy)	$25.00
Extension of Limited (One-Year) Certificate	**$35.00
* Renewal includes all previously approved certifications and endorsements
**Applicants who have recently completed the Kentucky Teacher Internship Program (KTIP) and are applying for their first Professional Certificate shall submit $35
