Phillip S. Rogers - Director
| Phillip S. Rogers is a native of Nashville, Tennessee and moved to Scottsville, Kentucky in 1991. He received a B.S. in Counseling from Liberty University in Virginia, an M.A. in Child Development from Western Kentucky University, and an Ed.D. in Education Evaluation from the University of Louisville. He served as the Director of the Allen County School’s Family Resource Center from 1991-2000, as a Research Assistant with the Kentucky Institute for Education Research, and evaluation consultant for both state and national organizations. |
